Luxury apartment in a quiet sought-after area of central Torremolinos near shops, restaurants, markets,gardens,children´s playground, swimming pool and tennis courts. The apartment is south facing and enjoys the sun from morning till dusk. There is a free public car close to the apartment. 
The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the beach and also 10 minutes from Torremolinos large Olympic swimming pool, 200m. from main bus station and 200m from the tube station. Málaga international airport is only 4 kmts. away but is not in a flight path! A car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance. 
 
The apartment is on the fist floor and there is a lift. It is suitable for couples and families and is wheelchair accessible. All linen and bath towells are provided, except for beach towels. The kitchen is fully fitted with grill, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster,iron, and a shoping trolley! The living room has a dining area with seating for 6 people, sofa and 2 extending arm chairs, music centre, video player, D.V.D. player 32" TV. The shower room has also a bidet. The double bedroom has a 14" TV. There is aqn enclosed balcony with table and chairs, shunshade and plants, plus a separate terrace room which serves as a second bethroom with a foulding double bed, with music center an a rocking chair. Besides the air conditioning, the apartment has radiators and large fans to heat and cool the apartment when necessary.

Local activities: swimming, golf (33 courses several very near)walking, sailing, cycling,fishing, horse riding, wind surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, amusement parks and other attractions.

The world famous city of Torremolinos is situated middle of Málaga province; 13 kmts of the city and same distance to Fuengirola. Andalucia has something for everyone; the holiday towns of the costas (Málaga,Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella etc) and the miles of bars,cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural the highlights are also the cities of Sevilla, Córdoba and Granada, and Gibraltar is just over an hour´s drive away. For wild life enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe including Europe´s southern most skiing resort and marshlands crowded with flamingos.

Miguel street (centrum) and 200 mtrs from the main bus station that drives you everywhere: Málaga (10 kmtrs), Fuengirola(12kmt.) Marbella (30 kmt.) Mijas (5 kmt.) Ronda ,Nerja, Gibraltar etc. It is also a walk to "AQUAPARK" and "CROCODILES PARK", same as the best Torremolinos sports area (futball stadium,Olimpic pool(50mtrs) including Jacussy, sauna a fabulous complex with Sundays "street market" and a worl of animation. The apartment is rounded by nice gardens and there is a children´s play park. A car is not esential because everything is without walking distance

There is a refundable deposit of 200 EUR needed to secure the booking.This deposit is returned on departure once the apartment has been checked over for any damages.Deposit is also acepted by cheque in Pounds Sterling. Balance is due 8 weeks before holiday .Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Euros. A discount of 20% is offered to people booking for three weeks or more during winter season (November to March). If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount(8 weeks beforehand) we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of 50 Eur if we are able to rebook the same weeks. If you have paid in full cancellation charges are as follows: 4-8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks: 25% " " " Less than two weeks: no refund UNLESS we are able to rebook any time up to the holiday, in wich case we will refund your full payment plus deposit less the administration charge as above.
