THE COMPLEX - LA NOGALERA
La Nogalera is one of the most famous vacation complex at the Costa del Sol. It has over 1 acre of private grounds and is the only apartment complex in the center of Torremolinos with private swimming pools for residents only. The complex has well maintained gardens, with 3 supervised swimming pools. During the summer month it operates a bar & grill next to the main pool, where you can have lunch and enjoy your drinks. This complex is perfectly situated at just 300m from the beach. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, taxis and train station are all right next to it.
Malaga international airport is only 4 kms away but it is not in a flight path! A car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is completely renovated and with new furniture. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All linen and bath towels are provided, except for beach towels. The main bedroom has its own balcony.
The living room has a dining area with seating for up to 6 people, sofa, extending armchair, TV with video and DVD player. The terrace contains a full set of patio furniture for eating outside and/or sunbathing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all silver ware.
The apartment has a central airconitioning system (all rooms are connected) that allows you to cool down the place during the summer or heat up in winther. This is a central unit, no individual splits, to keep the entire place at the perfect temparature.
The apartment is located on the third floor overlooking the gardens and the main swimming pool. It has 24hr security and is ideally suitable for couples and families.
Here you will find beds with good mattresses, where you can sleep all night and your back will not hurt you, a couch that is not worn out and where you can sit comfortable, a bathroom that is modern and pleasant to use, a clean kitchen with high quality appliances, and so on.
