Superb and spacious apartment located in sea-front residential estate. There is a long promenade of 8 km with many restaurants and shops. The apartment has 90 m2 with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room and a large terrace where you can relax.
It has a wide shared parking, huge gardens with a paddle and two tennis courts and a very large pool with a poolside restaurant just for the owners. In the garden there is also a playground and sporting place to play football.
The beach is right in front of the place, and there are three different supermarkets where you can find anything you may need,chemist´s and several types of shops.
You can also find manifold restaurants and tapas bars within a radius of 500 meters.
It has a very easy access by car, and it is very near the suburban train, the Malaga airport or from the Malaga train station, as well as bus or taxi with a taxi rank right next to the building. There are also hospitals and emergency services within a radius of 1 km.
A few meters from the apartment, you have a long promenade of 8 km (Torremolinos) with many very good restaurants and bars, cafes, ice cream parlors. At about 4 km by the promenade towards Benalmádena you have the harbour of Benalmadena, which is worth visiting.
Towards Malaga, it is Los Alamos Beach, an area of practise of windsurf and kite surf, just 1 km away from the apartment, with some of the most fashionable night clubs from the area.
The city center is a 10 minutes walk from the flat. There you can find a lot of shops, restaurants and night life.
The town also has big public gardens, amusement parks, etc.
