Located in a spectacular position on the edge of the village this property has the best of both worlds, easy access to all the village facilities and a sublime country outlook with uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains.
Today however, the property has been sympathetically modernised using traditional methods to provide a comfortable home without losing any of its original charm. The apartment has approx. 56 m2 of interior living space comprising: Open plan lounge / diner with a rustic style kitchen, large bathroom with an artistic stone shower tray and two double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a picture window to take advantage of the wonderful views. All rooms have exposed beams, lintels and brickwork which give the property a great deal of character.
Unusually for a village property, there are two patio areas for dining and relaxing and a garden with orange and lemon trees with a large vegetable patch.
In the village are a number of shops, bars and restaurants, there is also a bank, chemist and internet school. In the summer months the village outdoor pool is open.
On arrival there will be a welcome pack waiting for you.
There is also the option of having full english breakfast at €6 per person per day.

Low Season Price : £150
High Season Price : £180 per Week

The prices are Sept-May £150, June, July and August £180.
When booking a £50 non refundable deposit is required.
Please pay in full 4-6 weeks before the holiday.Payment by cheque is preferred.
Directions to the apartment will also be given when a booking is made.
If an airport transfer is required this will be €60 one way.
We strongly recommend hiring a car.
