The property is set within the gated community of Sotogrande in Costa del Sol, Spain. Our luxury villa is close to the Valderrama and La Reserva golf courses, the tennis clubs, riding centre and Sotogrande Port and many superb restaurants for eating out.
The property features air-conditioning, under floor heating, designer kitchen, a private swimming pool and includes satellite TV, 3 flat screen and one conventional TV, computer with Internet access, PlayStation 3, pool / snooker table, hi-fi with iPod dock and DVD player.

The port of Sotogrande is 5 minutes drive from the villa and houses a number of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.
Galerias Paniagua is a short walk from the villa and contains a hairdressing salon, an excellent Argentinean restaurant called El Gaucho (956 79 55 28) a good Thai restaurant, Little Buddha (956 796 217) and a patchy Italian restaurant (the food can be good but the service can be slow but great for carry out pizzas), Lombardos (956 79 59 24). There is also a paper shop, Videola, which sells books, sweets and rents videos.
El Cucurucho Beach Club in Sotogrande tel: 34 956 795012 has 4 swimming pools - an adult, a family and the supervised children’s area which has a splash pool for infants.
An Italian restaurant that is excellent for family meals is Dolce Vita (956 615 833) in Torreguadiaro, the next village north of Sotogrande.
There are two very good supermarkets a few minutes drive from the villa.
