Bedroom 1 with double bed. 
Bathrooms: Bathroom en suite with shower and WC. Separate toilet off sitting room. 
Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave and dining area. 
Living Rooms: Sofabed, single separate cloakroom with WC. DVD player, patio doors leading to patio. 
 
 
Towel linen included, changed on a weekly basis. 
 
Notes on accommodation 
Electric wall heating, DVD player with TV. 
Amenities/Facilities provided 
hob/stove fridge/freezer microwave iron/ironing board barbecue private pool (for sole use of guests)

Outside 
The cottage has a patio with barbecue and outside furniture. The pool (12m x 5m) is set in a garden that is walled, with shade areas and pool house with fridge and honesty bar. The pool is 1.5m-2m in depth and not suitable for small children. 
 
Coast/Beach 
The nearest beach is 15 mins drive away. The Atlantic beach is approx 1 hour's drive. 
 
Golf 
Many golf courses within 25 mins drive including Valdarama, San Roque, Sotogrande and Alcaidesa 
 
Special interest holidays 
For riders exploring the Spanish countryside. Non-riders or beginners have a choice of lessons in the floodlit school. Polo club in the next village. 
 
Travel 
Malaga, 90 mins. Gibraltar, 30 mins. Jerez, 140 mins. 
 
Distances 
Nearest village, 6km. Tarifa, 1 hour. Sevilla, 2.30 hours. Ronda, 1.30 hours. Granada, 3.00 hours. 
 
Further details 
There are several historical places of interest with in 30/45 mins drive. It is 14km to the coast road where you can find supermarkets and banks etc. In summer the beach next to Puerto Sotogrande offers sailing and kite surfing and paddle tennis. The local villages all have small restaurants or ventas and local shops.

    • For anyone who can ride, there are private stables on the finca. There is also a schooling ring for anyone wishing to improve or try riding for the first time.Instruction available. The pool is large and situated in approx 450 sq meters of a walled garden. There is also a small splash pool, pool house with honesty bar and B.B.Q
