This beautiful beachside villa between San Pedro and Puerto Banus is located in a very quiet residential area within a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The beach is about 200 meters pleasant walk. 
 
The property is very safe for children being completely enclosed by walls and the pool is 28 ft by 15 ft. There is an excellent barbecue and bar area in the garden and the area is nearly traffic free. 
 
Puerto Banus, the most fashionable marina on the Costa del Sol, is within twenty minutes walk by along the beachfront. Marbella centre is about five minutes by car.
