Vacation Rental Description
La Rada is a relatively new,luxury complex and comprises 6 small blocks each containing 6 apartments and a penthouse. This first floor apartment has sea/promenade views and overlooks the magnificent gardens and beautiful lagoon shaped swimming pool. The apartment sleeps 4 - 7 persons, is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comprises 2 large bedrooms both with terrace and sea views. The bedrooms can be made up as either twins or doubles, the master bedroom having en suite bathroom/shower and jacuzzi with the guest bedroom also having bathroom, both benefiting under floor heating. The master bedroom and spacious lounge both open onto the large main terrace which has patio furniture and sun loungers. The lounge has two very comfortable, double sofa beds, TV, DVD and Radio/CD player. The dining area has dining table and chairs and the magnificent kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need.
Facilities
La Rada is a gated complex which has 24 hour security and has private underground car parking with elevator to the apartment. Sun loungers,parasols and small tables are always available at the pool. As well as the beautiful lagoon style pool there is also a children's pool. Also available are cot, high chair, buckets & spades etc by prior arrangement.
Activities
There are several wonderful golf courses in the area including La Quinta, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha and La Dama de Noche.
Places of interest in the area include La Ronda, Caesera, Sotogrande, Gibralter, Mijas to name but a few. There are a huge amount of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Recommendations will be given on request. Shopping in San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella is also highly recommended.
