The garden is sunny for most of the day with a palm tree which offers shade when needed. The development is relaxing and quiet with attractive garden areas, picturesque courtyards and fountains. The communal pool is a good size with plenty of space for sunbathing and ideally placed to get the sunshine all day.

There is a picnic area set in a attractive area with a variety of trees and flowers and a children's playground and paddle tennis courts.

The wide sandy beaches are within walking distance along with lovely promenades, a picturesque marina surrounded by palm trees, a golf course,shops, restaurants, beach side cafes and everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday.

Our apartment has a large living/dining room, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) with large built-in wardrobes. There are two full bathrooms (one en-suite), and a fully equipped kitchen. There is air-conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. We can provide a sofabed, cot, highchair or buggy for a small charge. There is plenty of space for parking outside the apartment or in the underground garage. Close to the development, is a large supermarket and more shops and supermarkets are only a 5 min. drive away.

Rates

Low Season Price : £200
High Season Price : £450 per Week


A deposit of 20% is required to book the property. Full payment is required 6 weeks before the rental period + a £100 refundable damages deposit.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transferor credit/debit card.
