This luxury two bedroom penthouse apartment overlooks the swimming pools and tropical gardens. Nicely furnished with everything you could wish for to make your holiday a perfect one. This apartment is situated just a short stroll from the beachfront and promenade at San Pedro. The complex is set within beautiful gardens and benefits from large communal swimming pool with separate children's pool and is fully enclosed making it a safe and secure area for families as well as couples.

The apartment consists of entrance hall, lounge and dining area with patio doors leading out onto a large terrace, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washer, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom having access to an en-suite bathroom. The apartment also enjoys the benefit of hot and cold air-conditioning, video door-entry system, dvd player,stereo and SKY TV.

    • Travel Cots, high chairs and z-beds can be hired. Airport transfers can be arranged-up to 4 people. A welcome food pack can be arranged if you are arriving in the evening, e.g. milk, coffee, tea, bread, wine etc. We can also offer a babysitting service with recommended English speaking girls. We will personally meet you on your arrival and will be on hand for your stay. The centre of San Pedro is just a short stroll away with its large collection of bars and restaurants, shops, supermarkets and banks making it an ideal location for whatever your requirements. The beach and promenade front of San Pedro is just a 10 minute stroll from the apartment.

    • San Pedro de Alcántara is in an ideal situation, just 5-10 kilometres west from the cosmopolitan towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, yet just a few minutes drive away from the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and 10 km from the town of Estepona. An ancient farming community, once famous for sugar cane, today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own. Be sure to head for the central plaza here with its gracious parish church and surrounding narrow streets, which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars. Thursday is street market day with all the associated hustle and bustle; a veritable bargain shopper's paradise.
