This is very spacious and comfortable 2bed 2 1/2 bath duplex penthouse apartment, located in beautiful Nueva Alcantara. The apartment itself has a beautiful fully fitted kitchen. There is also a large dining and lounge area which leads to a very sunny terrace. The views from the balcony are exceptional as the ocean is only a 'stones throw away'. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are very spacious with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom leads onto a very large roof terrace which is a 'sun trap'.
The location of this penthouse is fantastic and has something for everyone. It is located less than a minutes walk to the beach where you can also find fantastic beach restaurants and bars. Just around the corner is a sports centre which is home to a fabulous gym, padel and tennis courts. If you are looking for a bit of culture then the Spanish town of San Pedro is a simple 5 minute walk. You can find something and everything here, from Spanish tapas and drinks in the many restaurants to local shopping. Every Thursday they have a very popular market here.
Less than 10 minutes away is the very beautiful and glamorous Puerto Banus. Enjoy the fantastic shopping, beaches, yachts, restaurants and nightlife that it has to offer. If you want to travel a little further only 15 minutes away is Marbella. Here you can enjoy a taste of Spain and its elite where you will find traditional white town houses and streets lined with orange trees, to be enjoyed whilst having a drink at the many wonderful restaurants and bars that Marbella has to offer. The town centre itself is home to shopping galore.
If you want to venture out, why not head into the mountains to the beautiful town of Ronda, one of the most historic villages in the south of Spain, it is very traditional and you are sure to eat tapas here. It is only 45 minutes from the apartment and very easy to find. You could also visit the Barbary apes at the top of the Gibraltar rock; this is only 1 hour away and is worth a visit with possible stop off at beautiful Estepona on the way. Estepona is home to the SELWO safari park - great for the children

				High Season Price:	€900 per Week

1. A 2o% non-refundable deposit is taken upon booking. 2. A 25% security deposit is also taken and will be refunded to the client, one week after their departure providing that there is no damage. 3. Cancellation policy is reserved for 48 hours after initial booking, where the full deposit amount is refunded. 4. Payment can be taken via credit card, bank transfer or cash upon arrival. (However, the inital deposit is paid on the date of booking)
