Large detached villa in private walled grounds with private secluded pool and sea views. Near to the beach.
Vacation Rental Description
Casa Bella is in a quiet residential area and yet a short walk to the local shops,restaurants, etc. This villa is spacious and has a large balcony and terraces for dining outside. There is a small terrace off the kitchen for breakfast in the sun. It has a large garden with lawn area and some fruit trees and a barbeque. It has a beached pool suitable for young children and the elderly. The villa is in a prime position with sea views and convenient for all amenities.
There is a health club with gymnasium,olympic size pool,tennis courts,mini golf,beauty salon and restaurants,just 3 minutes walk from the villa.
It is not always necessary to hire a car, unless on a daily basis for traveling as local taxis and buses are easily available.
Beaches vary and some are in walking distance and others a short taxi, bus or car ride.
This property has private space and distance from other properties and the secluded pool gets all day sun.
Please note that the construction next to the villa is completed. Google street map is 3 years old.
Facilities
The master bedroom,(double bed), with en suite is on the main floor as you enter the villa. Bedrooms 2&3,(twin beds), are down an internal staircase. These bedrooms lead out to the garden and pool. They have a bathroom between them. All bedrooms have quiet ceiling fans. There is a portable cool/hot air unit and the downstairs bedrooms have radiators. There is a full size z-bed for a seventh person, also 2 cots. Smoking not allowed in the bedrooms. There is a large airconditioning/heating unit in the living area. Books and games are provided. There are two highchairs and a pushchair. By the pool are six sun loungers with mattresses and 2 umbrellas. Large table and chairs on the terrace. Terrace off the kitchen with table and chairs. Terrace by barbeque with table and chairs. Gardener/pool man who attends regularly. Cleaning for arrival and departure. Bring own beach towels for loungers and beach. A welcome pack is provided.
Activities
The Costa del Sol caters for most activities. It is one of Spain's most popular holiday destinations. With warm summers and mild winters it's a great year round holiday destination. There are so many lovely places to visit, pretty white villages, charming towns and cities, harbours and many sandy beaches.

Thank you very much for making Marita's birthday and our holiday unforgetable. We enjoyed our stay. Your villa is very nice and beautiful. The Lions' Ball for Marita's birthday celebration was excellent.
Could you give our best regards and thanks also to David for our transportations. He is a very nice guy.
Today it is raining here and we remember the lovely and sunny week in Costa del Sol.

Great villa with lovely views. Well equipped, super private pool and beautiful gardens. We have had a wonderful 2 weeks and want to thank Patti and Mike for making us so welcome. Would thoroughly recomend this villa.

A lovely villa, clean, spacious and well maintained. Patti & Michael were very helpful and accessible. The garden & pool area are beautiful and private. Riviera is a quiet area but with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. We didn't hire a car. Taxis & buses are nearby and plentiful. No transport problems. We would thoroughly recommend Casa Bella for a family holiday and look forward to returning in the future.
