The Penthouse is on the popular Urbanisation of Riviera del Sol. This is halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella about 10 minutes either way by car. There is a local Bus Service going to both these Towns and a Taxi Rank close by.

There are many Bars, Restaurants and supermarkets all within a five minutes walk from the Penthouse, all the main Tourist Attractions can be booked locally.

The Penthouse is on the 5th Floor and has a lift. There are two double bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has two large single beds and the Second bedroom also has two single beds, there is a travel cot and high chair if required. there is a Sofabed in the Lounge which sleeps two people. There is a fully tiled Bathroom and a fully tiled Shower room.

The Lounge has two Sofas, coffee table, a 32" Flat Screen TV which has the basic BBC and ITV channels, there is also a DVD/CD Player. Hot and Cold air conditioning, a dining room table and chairs which seats Six people. There are Patio Doors which lead onto the very Large Terrace which has six sunbeds, Table and chairs, a BBQ, various plants and flowers and stunning sea views. The Kitchen is a good size and has a microwave/grill, Halogen Hob, electric oven, Toaster, electric kettle, coffee percolator, and a washing machine in the Shower Room plus iron and ironing board.
The Penthouse is set is lovely manicured gardens with an Adult swimming pool and a childrens' swimming pool. In high season, our guests have the benefit of being able to use the facilities of Crown Resorts, this includes Mini-Golf, Mini-Gym, Swimming Pool, Two Pool Tables, The Internet, an astro-turfed area for playing footbal l or basket ball, plus the Restaurant by the Pool which serves hot and cold food and drinks, so you wont have to leave the Pool at all if you don't want to.

If you want the Beach then that's just across the road and is accessed via an underpass or three minutes away by car brings you to La Cala which has a Market every Wednesday and Saturday. Plus a lovely Beach and many more Bars and Restaurants.

The Aztec Country Club is a couple of minutes walk from the Penthouse and includes an Italian Restaurant with Live singing, Tennis, Swimming Pool,Gymnasium, Hairdressers, and Beautician and Crazy Golf.

There are many Golf Courses along the coast and Miraflores Golf is just on the doorstep, Tennis is next door at the Aztec Club, Funny Beach (on the way to Marbella) has Go-Karting, and there are many water sports along this stretch of the coast. You can also get to places like Gibralter, Ronda, Seville, Granada, Selwo Safari Park, Tivoli World, Sea Life and many more places if you like to explore.

There are many water sports along the coast, including scuba diving water skiing etc. There is a zoo at Fuengirola, Crocodile park in Torremolinos, Sea Life in Benalmadena, Tivoli World in Arroyo Dela Miel, Selwo Safari Park in Estapona, Boat trips in Benalmadena, Casino in Benalmaden which also have shows, you can see the Barbary Apes and underground caves in Gibralter. You can play Golf or Tennis in Riviera and Miraflores or go to the Theatre in Fuengirola and see English speaking films in the Miramar shopping centre in Fuengirola. There is a large shopping Mall in Marbella. Malaga is also a good place to go for the shops and Museums and Art Centres.

All bed linen supplied and towels for bathroom, however, guests must supply their own Beach Towels. There is a CD player/radio in Kitchen. If you want to go online you can either go to Reception at Crown Resorts and use their computers or if you wish to bring your own laptop you can buy a scratch card from Reception (wifi) and use your own one.

Low Season Price : £320
High Season Price : £630 per Week

In high season I require a Deposit of £250.00 GBP and in Low season I require a Deposit of £200.00 GBP. I also require a refundable damage deposit of £250.00 in the Summer and £200.00 in the Winter. This is returned when we have checked over the Penthouse to make sure that there are no breakages or damage.
