Main Description
Our two bed (both ensuite with bath, shower, WC, bidet and washbasin) apartment also has a house bathroom. It is fully airconditioned with marble flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worksurface, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a large living area with two settees (one is a bed settee) with seperate sitting and dining areas. The living area leads out to the terrace where there are fantastic views of the mountains and the sea with views up the coast towards Estepona and Marbella. In addition each bedroom has its own terrace.

Our two bed (both ensuite) apartment is ideal for families or two couples.
Enjoy large communal gardens with swimming pool and tennis courts. The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk away. The pretty marina at La Duquesa is nearby. Duqesa Golf Club is about a mile away, but also within an easy drive are the famous Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque golf courses.
To the South of our apartment is the lovely resort at Sotogrande, Gibraltar and Tarifa. In addition you can take a ferry to Morocco from Tarifa or Algerciras. To the North is the lovely town of Estepona and the well known towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. A short drive inland will find you in the hills and the spectacular towns of Casares and Gaucin.
The area around our apartment has numerous restaurants, small local shops, banks, medical facilities, etc.. We have tried to make our apartment as welcoming and comfortable as possible. It is our sincere wish that you have a great holiday in this lovely, vibrant part of Spain.

Rates

Low Season Price : £300
High Season Price : £475 per Week


We require a 20% deposit (non-refundable) to secure the booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before the booking starts. We also require a £200 security/damage deposit.
