Vacation Rental Description
The villa was built in 2002 and is located in a peaceful residential street that is a cul de sac. To the rear of the property is open countryside and most windows face to the rear.
The villa will suit those that want to stroll during the day/evening without the necessity of a car to access the beach, shops, bars, restaurants or marina. If you want public transport to go to Marbella Town, San Pedro, or indeed anywhere up and down the coast public transport is within 3 -4 minutes walk. Remember it is both difficult and expensive to park and there can be taxi queues late at night. By staying in this particular villa all these hassles are avoided. No worries about having a drink and driving as the Spanish levels of alcohol consumption limits when driving are significantly lower than in the UK.
The villa is arranged over 3 levels and is on a level plot. Access is level with the street. There is parking within the villa for up to 2 cars. The villa is fully enclosed and is entered via a gate. To one side of the villa is a large modern swimming pool with garden furniture/ sun loungers etc and an outside shower.
The villa has a lounge-dining room on the ground floor with a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, including fridge/freezer, micro, oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
There is a cloakroom with WC and WHB on the ground floor. There are 2 large patio doors, one from lounge and the other from dining room leading to the rear of the property.

The first floor has 3 double bedrooms. One with a double bed the other 2 bedrooms with twin beds. There is one bathroom en suite (4 piece) and one principal bathroom (4 piece with shower over bath). Each bedroom has a balcony.
The lower floor is entered from the hall and can either be let with the villa or the villa can be let just for 6. the lower floor has 2 bedrooms and a large living area, kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. The bathroom has WC, WHB, and shower cubicle. 32 inch television. The lower floor can accomodate plus 2 people. There is one double bed in the lower floor.
Air conditioning/heating is installed on the ground and first floor.

This villa has a distinct locational advantage over that which is normally offered as some villas can be some distance out of Puerto Banus. Access to golf courses within 5 -10 minutes drive.

Local multi-screen cinema within 5 minutes walk of the villa has one English speaking film per week.
Within 5 minutes walk choice of night clubs. Beautiful beach with beach bars in Banus. Top brand shopping and everyday food and basic shopping in Puerto Banus. The area has many tennis playing opportunities and golf courses. The marina has a great choice of restaurants and bars to catering for every type of palate with a wide choice of cuisine.
Local market on Saturday within 2 minutes walk.
Adjacent to the beach are many children's playparks. Adventure sports are available in funny Beach a 20/30 minute bus ride away
