3 Bedroom Villa in Nueva Andalucia

Garden and Swimming Pool 
 
Our private terrace/garden is the perfect place to get away from everything. It has a wonderful mountain view and all day sunshine. For those who prefer the shade there are multiple awnings and so the garden is perfect for a spot of sunbathing or even to enjoy some night time drinks whilst soaking up the atmosphere with friends. 
 
A part of the garden is divided into an outside, covered dining area. There is a dining table with seats for 6 people. There is a gas barbeque for those relaxed summer evenings. 
 
The swimming pool is 8 metres long and 5 metres wide. It becomes gradually more deep with a shallow area at the stair end, suitable for younger children. The pool is lighted, perfect for a quiet midnight swim. A shower has also been installed at the end of the pool.  
 
Master Bedroom  
 
This king size room is stunning. It has a refreshing terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and garden in an western direction with sunshine throughout the day. The decor is a fusion of dark wood and cream accessories made specifically for this villa. Tranquillity reigns in this elegant room with its stylish contemporary finish. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a superb vanity unit, modern fixtures and walk in shower. All bathrooms have hairdryers. 
 
Bedroom 2 
This twin room also has a contemporary scandinavian feel with a comfortable double bed which This room also has a door to the terrace offering spectacular views to the moutains and sunset. The adjacent bathroom comprises a superb vanity unit, modern fixtures and a walk in shower.  
 
Bedroom 3 
This twin room has twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king size bed. This room also joins to the terrace. The adjacent bathroom is shared with bedroom 2.  
 
Living Area 
 
This airy room has been beautifully furnished. With large comfortable sofas, original paintings, a CD Stereo system, a state-of-the art TV/DVD/Video system with cable TV. This is the perfect place to relax and chill out. The living room has large glass doors leading to the garden and swimming pool. It is also directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There is also a modern open fire.  
 
Dining Area 
The dining table seats six and is ideal for family meals with seating and place settings for up to eight people. You and your family/guests will dine with fine dining ware and drink from a great variety of glasses, from champagne/wine to smaller water glasses. 
 
The Kitchen 
We believe that a kitchen is the heart of a home which is why we have taken so much care in assuring that our kitchen is the right size and properly equipped. The area has been designed to have lots of preparation and storage areas. There is also a breakfast bar, which is perfect for those quick snacks. The kitchen inventory includes - a stack fridge freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric oven, toaster, sandwhich maker, deep fat fryer, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes, and much more....  
 
Laundry and Cleaning 
The villa has its own washing machine and iron and ironing board. The sun terrace can be used to dry your clothes and towels in the sunshine. 
 
Fresh towels, bed linen and a cleaner are provided before arrival and on departure and every 7 days if you wish to stay longer. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay these can be provided at a small additional cost.

Everything is located at walking distance of the Villa, and basic necessities such as Supermarkets can be found at only 100 metres. These include Opencor, a shop that is open 24hours a day, and many more with normal opening hours. 
 
Beaches 
The villa is situated only a 5 minute walk (500m) from the surrounding beaches of Ocean Club Beach, Mistral Beach, Plaza beach, and many more. 
 
Casino: This Casino is one of the biggest on the coast and is just 100 metres from the villa. It offers all the traditional Casino games, and has recently been refurbished, to improve its luxurious image. 
 
Cinema: The Cinema has 7 large auditoriums.  
 
Shops: Puerto Banus is famous for its luxury brand stores, from louis Vuitton to Dior and Prada and the 3 floors shopping mall, El Corte Ingles. 
 
Golf and other sporting activities.

• Travel Info: The closest airport is Malaga and Gibraltar. From Malaga airport you can take a taxi, which will cost approx. 60€, or the airport bus direct to Marbella bus station (cost 4.35€), from there a taxi (13€)
