Situated in an exclusive gated community of just 20 villas on the top of a hill overlooking the Nueva Andalucia golf valley only minutes from the famous marina at Puerto Banus. The villa has breathtaking views from the south facing terrace of the Aloha lake below also known as the Turtle Lake (Lago de Las Tortugas)giving nearby nature trekking opportunities. The panoramic views stretch across the Golf Valley southwards to the Mediterranean Sea and Puerto Banus. Also to the East the view from the Villa is dominated by the famous La Concha mountain of Marbella.  
The villa is spread over three floors with the main living areas and kitchen at the entry level. The living area includes a formal lounge and a separate formal dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There are ample terraces for with sun loungers and a good sized private heated swimming pool. Upstairs there is a sauna with additional separate showering facilities.The Villa Los Pulus has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet, The bedrooms are furnished as 2 doubles and two twins. A child cot and 2 high chairs are also available.

    Prices quoted are in Euros or UK Sterling Pounds. Rental booking deposit as quoted at the time of booking should be forwarded upon completed reservation, balance to be received no later than 8 weeks prior to rental start date. A refundable damage deposit of £500.00 or Euros 600 per rental week period will be required to protect both owners and management company against damage to interior fixtures and fittings, loss of contents. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and deposits will be refundable if cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before departure date with a cancellation charge of £100.00 . Cancellations within 8 weeks of departure will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the rental amount. Cancellations within 6 weeks of departure will incur a 100% cancellation charge as it is highly likely that another rental will not be secured. Travel insurance is therefore strongly recommended.
