The property has been professionally decorated and furnished with quality furniture by a top class interior designer to give it a luxury look that is apparent as soon as you enter. There is also a choice of areas for relaxing in the sun or with a good book. It is perfectly situated for enjoying the many delights of the Marbella area. Set within a quiet development, yet only 5 mins by car to Puerto Banus with it's Designer Boutiques and stylish Bars. Also, within walking distance are some of the best bars and restaurants outside of the Port. The lovely course at Aloha Golf, tennis and lawn bowling are 5 minutes walk.

A chic suburb of Marbella, Nueva Andalucia is located in the hills behind Puerto Banus, overlooking three exclusive golf courses: Aloha Golf, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos and is therefor ideally located for golfing. 
Internationally known as a 'jet set' play ground, Puerto Banus is a village -style port develoment with whitewashed condominiums clustered around the lovely marina, where you can admire the luxurious yachts of the rich and famous or 'people watch' in one of the many chic bars and restaurants that line the port. Or if your purse can stretch to it, shop until you drop in the greatest concenatration of designer boutiques in Europe. If you are feeling lucky, the well known Casino is waiting for you to try your luck against some of the highest rollers around. 
If you are celebrating a special occasion or just feel like splashing out, join the jet setters at Olivia Valere's Babalonia or have a cocktail at our favourite late Bar Tapelia Chill Out at the main Nueva Andaluca roundabout. 
Old Marbella is only 10 mins drive away with its pretty Plaza de los Naranjos, beautifully preserved white Moorish houses and geranium-filled balconies. 
The area features many different beaches with an eclectic mix of beach bars and up-market beach clubs, don't miss Buddah Beach or Ocean.

Deposit of 25% of rental charge due on booking (by credit card) along with Booking Form to secure reservation. Balance must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required at the same time; to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Due to the high maintenance costs, the proprty is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
