The ground floor consists of a spacious lounge with open fireplace, with doors opening to an outdoor dining and lounge area and private garden. It is only a 5 minute drive to Puerto Banus and San Pedro, and 10 minutes to Marbella. Set in the heart of the stunning Golf Valley, it is a perfect location for a holiday whether it be for golfing or a family or group holiday. 
 
The south facing terrace and garden is a lovely private area for relaxing or al fresco dining. Children can play safely in the enclosed garden area.

There are six championship golf courses near the house - Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha, Guadalmina, Los Arqueros and many more further along the coast. 
 
The Sierra Nevada mountains are 2 hours drive and offer good skiing facilities. The ski season is from December to late April. The whole coast can be explored quite easily, and there are numerous beaches only a few minutes drive away. 
 
There are plenty of activities on offer for all ages on the Costa del Sol. A large selection of watersports includes diving, cable skiing, jetskiing, kitesurfing, etc. Further activities include 2 aquaparks, Tivoli children's park, Selwo adventure park, Seaworld, zoo, boat trips, horse riding, etc. The casino is 5 minutes away. There are historical sites at Ronda, Mijas and Gibraltar, all about 40 minutes drive away.

Special Offers: 10% off Autumn 2009 - £720 instead of £800. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation. A further refundable bond (of £200 or £300 depending on size of party) is requested on payment of the balance, to cover against breakages, any damage or lost keys. Following an inspection, this will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure, less any deductions due as outlined above. To facilitate changeovers, arrival times are 3pm or later, departure times are 11am or earlier. These times can be flexible if there are no bookings prior to your arrival or after your stay. The property is prepared/cleaned at the start of your holiday. Linen provided. Beach and pool towels not provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged if required at extra cost.
