A charming large town house situated in the heart of "golf valley", within minutes of the renown marina at Puerto Banus. The property has panoramic views towards Las Brisas GC and the sea. 360degree views from the roof terrace include Marbella to the east and Gibraltar to the west. Supermarkets/banks/hairdressers/ other shops and a range of good restaurants are in close prioximity. The accomodation includes a large modern kitchen with full range of appliances & a separate laundry room. The spacious sitting room has ample comfortable seating, with a dining area with seating for 8. There are 4 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms(2 ensuite) plus a separate toilet on the ground floor. The roof terrace has sun loungers for relaxation plus a dining area for 8 with a canopy for al fresco dining.It is equipped with a BBQ, fridge etc.and has been planted with shrubs/floweres. There are two other terraces each with table/chairs to enjoy all day sun. 
The pueblo is built in an attractive "Andulacian" style with the houses painted in a variety of colours. It has well maintained gardens,charming communal areas in which to linger, swimming pool/bar/restaurants.It is located in an established well kept area without "high rise" buildings with an abundance of colourful planting and lots of greenry. 
All kinds of activities to meet holidaymakers needs are available locally, from bright lights to just chilling.

    The area has a great range of activities on offer. There are also areas of historic/cultural interest with locations such as Malaga (home of Picasso)Ronda (moorish settlement)and other locations well worth visiting. 
     
    The marina at Puerto Banus has a wide range of restaurants, cafes/bars, top end retailers and a variety of night clubs, which makes it a popular and lively destination, especially at night.
