This is a beautiful spacious apartment. It has recently been redecorated and is modern throughout. It has two bedrooms at seperate ends of the large living room/diner and each have their own bathroom with shower and full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need should you want to cook a meal or just freeze some drinks on a hot day.
There is a sunny terrace overlooking one of the complex's three pools and with views of La Concha market.
The apartment has a designated underground parking space and there is also plenty of parking on the streets around the complex. The complex is very safe and secure you need keys to access it and there is a 24 hour security presence.
It is in an ideal location being only 15 minutes walk to the busy puerto banus and the fabulous shopping, nightlife and marina but also you have restaurants, bars, a deli, takeaway, chemist, bank, supermarket literally on your doorstep. Also within 5 minutes walk is the fantastic Bbanus market held on a Saturday from early until about 3pm. The beach in Banus is about 15 minutes walk and is a safe sandy beach.
The rooms are set out with a double bed and two twins with a chair bed for a small child and a camp bed. There is plenty of room in the bedrooms or lounge for the extra bed. Linen is provided and towels but your own beach towels are required.

High chairs and Cots can be provided for guests with young children and paid for locally. All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, towels are for use within the apartment only, own beach towells are required. Iron and ironing board in apartment. Sky tv basic channels pack. All cutlery, crockery and glassware is provided, breakages must be paid for. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged and paid for locally. Welcome packs available for late arriving guests or special occasions prices from 20 euros.

There is a casino nearby, dress restrictions do apply and they have flamenco evenings. There is a travel agents nearby where you can book escorted trips to nearby Ronda and Gibralter. Skiing is in Granada which is about one hours drive away.
There are numerous golf courses within 5 minutes drive of the complex. For those wanting a bit of pampering there is a five star hotel within 5 minutes walk with a spa and treatment room.
The Banus Saturday market is a five minute walk and is great for clothes, fruit & veg, local crafts, flowers, shoes, jewellery and more.
There is something for everyone in the vicinity of the complex whether you want a lively holiday or to get away to the real Spain its all within easy reach.

				Low Season Price:	£250 per Week
				High Season Price:	£550 per Week

I require a 10% non refundable deposit to secure the booking along with a refundable £100 breakage deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Within 8 weeks of departure cancellation charges are 50%, within four weeks 100%. Low season £250 is November through to 31st March excluding School Holidays. Mid Season £400 is April, May, June, September & October. High Season £550 is July and August. Aall prices are per week and do not include £100 breakage deposit which is refunded after your return from the apartment providing everything is left in good order. I accept payment by bank transfer or cheque.
