Everything you could wish for is included in this luxury, 6 year old apartment, which appeals to all as its in a very good area, is safe and secure, has enclosed gardens, paddling and swimming pool. The sun terrace is 15 sqm and enjoys hours of sunshine throughout the summer months & has glass table 4 chairs, parasol & 4 sun loungers. High terrace wall means safety for kids. There is a fold away cot and small box of kids toys. The lounge benefits from SKY and 78cm wide screen Philips TV, DVD, Video, Stereo and plenty of Dvds and Cd's. Master bedroom also has a large screen TV & DVD. Las Lolas comprises 4 blocks and each contains 9 luxury apartments over 3 floors and 2 penthouses. There is a lift from street level 0 to the apartment on level 1, the gardens and pools are on level -1 and the underground remote control door garage is on level -2. Stunning Mountain views.

Two sets of golf clubs and Two Bicycles available. While you enjoy Las Lolas, there are tennis courts and lawn bowls within 5 minute walk. In the apartment storage room we have 2 sets of golf clubs and 2 brand new bicycles (April 2007) with crash hats and bike locks for your use. We just ask for a contribution of 20 euros for golf or for bikes towards insurance costs.

Those who know the area will be delighted to know that the apartment is located just past Central Plaza when walking from Puerto Banus. This means the Saturday market (a must see) is just 3 minute walk, Puerto Banus town and beach is 15 mins walk. Surrounding 'Las Lolas' (Casa A, Apt. 10) are restaurants, shops and supermarkets where you should be able to find everything you need. Many people have said that Las Lolas is the 'ideal' location as it is far enough from the hustle and bustle of main roads and Puerto Banus party town but near enough to be able to walk there or if you're lazy one night then taxi back from Puerto Banus at a cost of less then 5 euros.

10% deposit, balance 4 weeks before arrival. We respectfully ask that Smokers only smoke on the front or rear terraces in the fresh air. Smoking indoors is a fire hazard and may cause the rooms to smell, thank you. Note that the apartment has AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING system with low, medium, high fan speed and a digital temperature control. The sensor is in the lounge and the air ducts can be found in all three bedrooms and the lounge. All three bedrooms AND both bathrooms also have under floor heating with separate controls in each of the 5 rooms. Thus you can maintain nice warm bedrooms and bathrooms in winter and have cool environment in spring, summer and the autumn months. In April 2007 the property was freshly painted and an additional TV and DVD put into the Master Bedroom. SKY Dish installed on wall and SKY TV in the Lounge on a larger wide screen TV.
