The apartment is a short walk to Puerto Banus. It is set in quiet gardens with two swimming pools and is only a two minute walk to the beach. There is an excellent local bus service to Marbella, Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara.
The apartment has satellite t.v., kitchen with microwave oven, full hob and oven and fridge. It is fully supplied with crockery, glassware and cutlery. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Bathroom with vanity unit, bidet w.c. and shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Living/dining room leads on to the balcony with views on to the gardens and swimming pools.
