This very well located 2 bed roomed holiday apartment with full air conditioning
will make perfect holiday accommodation for all those who
want to be within just a stones throw of all that the
famous Puerto Banus has to offer.As would be expected from a
holiday apartment here it is of a very high quality
and is sure to please.

The spacious living/dining room is comfortably furnished
and has a single pull out bed plus a single sofa bed so
the apartment can actually accommodate upto 6 guests, see below for
further details.There is a flat screen t.v.in the lounge
with Spanish terrestrial and satellite channels
plus a DVD and CD player.Patio doors lead out onto
a furnished terrace.

The good sized kitchen is well equipped with everything
you will need for your self-catering holiday here
including a dishwasher, washing machine,hob and oven,
fridge/freezer,microwave and a full compliment of kitchen utensils,
crockery and glassware etc.

There are 2 good sized bedrooms, one of which has a super king sized bed and full en-suite facilities.
The other one has twin beds and there is an additional
full family bath room.

Guests at Temba Banus have full use of the lovely
communal gardens and the 2 well maintained swimming pools.
A car is not necessary whilst holidaying here as everything
is right on your doorstep but should you be hiring or
bringing a car then secure parking can be arranged
at the rate of 60.00 euros per week, a great saving
on normal parking charges in the area.

The international resort of Puerto Banus has long been a favourite
holiday destination for many rich and famous people
and rightly so has it has a charming marina, lovely beaches
and a dazzling array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife on offer.
In addition of course this end of the Costa del Sol
has many other attractions including nearby Marbella,
some superb golf courses,and the historic Rock of Gibraltar.

All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas,linen, towels and cleaning. 50% deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
