La Maestranza 
This new 2bed/3bath duplex apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and has all the facilities you would expect for a luxurious holiday. 
 
The Apartment: remote control hot and cold air conditioning throughout, intercom system to main gate and security, king size sofa bed in living room so the apartment can comfortably sleep six adults. 
Linen and towels are provided as is a maid service once a week. 
 
Terrace: Private gated terrace with garden furniture. 
 
Dining Area: Seating for six people.  
 
Living Room: Seating for six people, large flat screen TV with sat/cable Inc BBC, DVD, stereo system, CD, radio, tape.  
 
Kitchen: fully equipped, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron + board, table settings for six.  
 
Downstairs Washroom: toilet, bidet, wash hand basin. 
 
Master Bedroom: King size bed, walk in wardrobes, dressing table and side lockers. 
 
Master Ensuite: large bathroom, bath/shower, toilet, bidet, wash hand basin. 
 
Second Bedroom: 2 single beds, built in wardrobes, bed side lockers. 
 
Guest Bedroom: bath/shower, toilet, bidet, wash hand basin. 
 
The Complex: La Maestranza is designed in the style of a typical Andalucian village, white washed with swimming pools set in tropical gardens. It is a secure gated complex with 24h security and access to an underground car park by remote control gates. There are two swimming pools and a paddle pool for young children. There is a large supermarket and pharmacy 50 meters from the complex and plenty of excellent restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. There is an excellent outdoor market held every Saturday just a five minute walk away beside the bullring.  
 
Activities: The apartment is set in the golf valley and is within a fifteen minute drive of at least six top courses. Puerto Banus harbour and beach is just a fifteen minute walk away and the perfect place to have a meal or drink in many of the bars and restaurants and rub shoulders with the rich and famous and admire the multi million euro yachts and cars. For those who like to shop Puerto Banus hosts many of the worlds top fashion houses and also has a huge shopping complex La Canada plus the famous El Corte Ingles department store.

    A refundable security deposit of £250 will be required to confirm the booking. If the booking is cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival 20 % of this deposit will be withheld and the deposit will not be returned if the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the booking if it is cancelled. Your security deposit will be returned within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages or excesses. The security deposit will also be used if we face fines caused by breach of community rules such as noise nuisance etc. We allow 4 hours for cleaning after your departure which is more than adequate provided the apartment is left in an adequate condition. Excess cleaning time over 4 hours will be charged at €14 per hour and deducted from the security deposit.
