The apartment is spacious and well furnished with quality furniture. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks and french doors with access to the terrace. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all amenities and separate utility room.  
 
Set in a sought after area within walking distance of the bars and restaurants of the internationally renown marina of Puerto Banus. 15 minutes walk to the sophisticated beach clubs of Budha Beach and Ocean Club. Would also suit golfers as there many excellent golf courses nearby. 
Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.  
 
Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy! 
A chic suburb of Marbella, Nueva Andalucia is located in the hills behind Puerto Banus, overlooking three exclusive golf courses: Aloha Golf, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos and is therefor ideally located for golfing. 
Internationally known as a 'jet set' play ground, Puerto Banus is a village -style port develoment with whitewashed condominiums clustered around the marina, where you can admire the luxurious yachts of the rich and famous or 'people watch' in one of the many bars and restaurants that line the port. Or if your purse can stretch to it, shop until you drop in the many designer boutiques. 
 
Old Marbella is only 10 mins drive away with its pretty Plaza de los Naranjos, beautifully preserved white Moorish houses and geranium-filled balconies. 
The area features many different beaches with an eclectic mix of beach bars and up-market beach clubs to suite every one's budget. 
 
The area is well placed for exploring beautiful Andalucia.The famous white villages are well worth a visit and also Ronda with its breathtaking gorge and the oldest bullring in Spain, still in use! 
There are many national parks just on the doorstep and from December to April you can ski in the Sierra Nevada, 2.5 hours drive. 
 
Further afield, for the more adventurous Morocco, with its souks and third world charm is only two hours away.

Refundable breakages deposit of 250.00euros required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Deposit 25% of rental fee, balance due eight weeks before commencement. Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this.
