    CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR ARE PRICED AT £450.00 per week. All the rates above are per week and includes a weekly change of linen and towels (not beach). A security deposit of £200 is required for all bookings, and will be refunded provided that the apartment is left in a good condition. During high season there is a minimum booking period of 1 week,in low and mid season shorter breaks of 3 nights or more are available , nightly rates are equivalent to 1/5th of the weekly rate for that period. Before your departure, you will be sent detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment from Malaga airport, the keys, and contact details for our management agency, who look after the property for us. Reduced rates for longer term rentals (more than 2 weeks) can be negotiated.We can accept payment in Sterling or Euros, by cheque or bank transfer or Paypal.
