We offer you a modern, light and spacious fully furnished townhouse in a peaceful location on a small private community with electric gates for access and security. It has its own private south facing garden and patio overlooking the landscaped communal garden, swimming pool and BBQ area. This finely decorated house extends over 3 floors with a sun terrace on each floor. The ground floor consists of a spacious lounge with open fireplace, with doors opening to an outdoor dining and lounge area and private garden. There is Sky TV, and DVD & CD players for entertainment. It is only a 5 minute drive to Puerto Banus and San Pedro, and 10 minutes to Marbella. Set in the heart of the Golf Valley, it is a perfect location for a holiday whether it be for golfing or a family or group holiday.
The south facing terrace and garden is a lovely private area for relaxing or al fresco dining. Children can play safely in the enclosed garden area.

There are six championship golf courses near the house - Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha, Guadalmina, Los Arqueros and many more further along the coast.
The Sierra Nevada mountains are 2 hours drive and offer good skiing facilities. The ski season is from December to late April. The whole coast can be explored quite easily, and there are numerous beaches only a few minutes drive away.
There are plenty of activities on offer for all ages on the Costa del Sol. A large selection of watersports includes diving, cable skiing, jetskiing, kitesurfing, etc. Further activities include 2 aquaparks, Tivoli children's park, Selwo adventure park, Seaworld, zoo, boat trips, horse riding, etc. The casino is 5 minutes away. There are historical sites at Ronda, Mijas and Gibraltar, all about 40 minutes drive away.
