Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.  
 
Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes 
 
Alta Vista is a jewel of a country Villa - a spectacular Andalucian villa, on the edge of Nerja. The villa is in the countryside yet only a short drive to Nerja's town centre but a car is recommended.  
 
Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, beaches, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.  
 
The Villa is located within a short and easy accessible distance from the link to the N340 Motorway of the Frigiliana Road. 
 
The villa has been developed from an old Spanish cortijo, south facing to the sea allowing spectacular views, but still affords the guests privacy. 
 
The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, spacious lounge and open plan dining room large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and separate room for washing machine and outside toilet. 
 
The house is built around a large lawned garden and large private pool 12 x 5 metres affording total privacy with spectacular views to Nerja and the sea. There is a large open terrace by the pool and 2 covered terraces to afford cooling shade. The terrace is equipped with ample sunloungers, and furnished with dining furniture for entertaining. There is also a large country kitchen including barbecue, sink and preparation area also a portable oven and hob so the chef can sun bathe and cook at the same. 
 
This Property is for people who enjoy the best of both worlds, the calm and tranquility of country life, but only 2 klm from town and shops restaurants and bars. 
 
The house offers satellite t.v.internet connection with printer if required and stereo radio with speakers both inside and outside the property. The Villa has 2000 mtrs of land and has a number of fruit trees avocado, orange, grapes and a vegetable patch all of which is available in season daily fresh eggs are also available.

There are 2 spacious bathrooms one on suite and a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, separate pantry and fridge/freezer. Private car parking in gated area, which will accommodate up to 4 cars There is a small country hotel within 500mtr of the property with high-class restaurant and bar, which is open to non-residence. This beautiful Villa is only available throughout the month of July August or September at a great price of 990 Euros per week with a discount for an extended booking other times may be available for long lets. Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning it may be charged for.

    Nerja is by far the nicest town on the eastern Cost del Sol. Nerja has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of ugly high rise buildings that disfigfure much of the Costa. The weather is very sunny and temperate as Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. In old Nerja,narrow streets lie between white walled houses, their balconies full of Geraniums.. Restaurants and tapas bars are everywhere, and all tastes are catered for, from Andalucian to Indian, Mexican and even Greek.

    The white villages of Frigiliana, Torrox Pueblo, Canillas de Albaida and Competa are all nearby and all worth a visit. All have their fiestas and Saints' days when colourful flamenco dresses are worn. Semana Santa (Easter) is celebrated in all the towns and villages with solemn Processions.Malaga's Semana Santa celebrations are world famous.
