Beautiful 4 bedroom self catering Villa with air conditioning in wonderful Nerja. This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous Private Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 8 persons This holiday Villa is very Private accomodation and is within easy walking distance of Burriana Beach all the other lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

This Lovely four bedroom villa has; three twins and one double bedroom, two full bathrooms and a W.C., well equiped kitchen with dining area. Spacious lounge looking out to the sunny terraces and the private pool, which is 30 foot by 12. Also all in the same level: barbeque area, and roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains.

The property faces south so you get the sun all day. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but still walking distance to Nerja's town centre and beaches - around 5/10 minutes walk to everything. It is also very private.

House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, beaches, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe

FACILITIES The villa is all in one floor no steps, three twin bedrooms, plus one double, one twin single has access from the master double bedroom ideal for young children. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge. Air conditioning in lounge, double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms. Spacious kitchen with separate dining area. Roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains. Two full bathrooms and a W.C. Private pool 8x4 metres 1 – 2 metres deep CD player, parking outside the villa.

Nerja is by far the nicest town on the eastern Cost del Sol. Nerja has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of ugly high rise buildings that disfigfure much of the Costa. The weather is very sunny and temperate as Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. In old Nerja,narrow streets lie between white walled houses, their balconies full of Geraniums.. Restaurants and tapas bars are everywhere, and all tastes are catered for, from Andalucian to Indian, Mexican and even Greek.

The white villages of Frigiliana, Torrox Pueblo, Canillas de Albaida and Competa are all nearby and all worth a visit. All have their fiestas and Saints' days when colourful flamenco dresses are worn. Semana Santa (Easter) is celebrated in all the towns and villages with solemn Processions.Malaga's Semana Santa celebrations are world famous.
