Vacation Rental Description
This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous community Pool with childrens pool and lifeguard and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 600 meteres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer. Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.
Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
The villa is approached through a most attractive courtyard that is surrounded by many flowering trees and shrubs. A traditional tiled staircase with wrought iron balustrades leads to the entrance door.
The road below the courtyard is a no-through road and there is ample space for car parking.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed with bedside cupboards. Double fitted wardrobe cupboard with shelves. Chest of drawers and Spanish rugs. Ceiling fan.
Double glazed Patio doors lead to front balcony with views to sea and Nerja town. Patio chairs and table.
Open plan Lounge/dining room - with doors leading to front balcony. Three-piece suite. Dining room table and chairs. Sideboard and coffee table. Attractive fireplace. Cable TV and CD/Radio/Cassette player.

There are ample power points throughout the villa but it is recommended that you take travel plugs for your own electrical appliances. As this is the owners own holiday accommodation the furniture and fittings are of good quality throughout. There is an ample supply of bed linen and towels for use in the villa. Beach towels are not supplied.
The villa is 900mtrs from Playa Playazo, which it overlooks, from where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.

Nerja is by far the nicest town on the eastern Cost del Sol. Nerja has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of ugly high rise buildings that disfigfure much of the Costa. The weather is very sunny and temperate as Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. In old Nerja,narrow streets lie between white walled houses, their balconies full of Geraniums.. Restaurants and tapas bars are everywhere, and all tastes are catered for, from Andalucian to Indian, Mexican and even Greek. The white villages of Frigiliana, Torrox Pueblo, Canillas de Albaida and Competa are all nearby and all worth a visit. All have their fiestas and Saints' days when colourful flamenco dresses are worn. Semana Santa (Easter) is celebrated in all the towns and villages with solemn Processions.Malaga's Semana Santa celebrations are world famous.
Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe
