This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous Private Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 8 persons. This holiday Villa is on the frigiliana Road 1 mile from Nerja town and conveniently situated near to the motorway link.  
 
Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.  
 
Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes. 
 
For those seeking Self Catering Accommadation in a peaceful setting and wonderful scenery, a more idyllic location than Villa La Loma would be hard to imagine. Yet still only 1 kilometer from the centre of Nerja.

The villa enjoys fantastic views to the south down the valley to the sea, and all around to the Almijara mountains.  
 
FACILITIES 
 
The Villa comfortably sleeps 4 persons with two bedrooms a kitchen, lounge and bathroom on the upper floor. There is also a self contained 2 bedroomed apartment, separate kitchen, bathroom and dining area on the lower floor. Both the upper and lower floors are self contained and fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave oven and cooker. The upper floor also has a washing machine. The Apartment can only be booked as extra accommodation with the villa and not in isolation.

The viila has a beautiful private pool which measures approx. 8 metres x 4 metres and is approx.1.2met. at the shallow end and approx.2 met deep at the deepend. 
 
The upper level has air conditioning in the living area and fans in the bedrooms.The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms. The villa has beautiful and spacious balconies and terrace areas where the magnificent and panoramic scenery can be viewed end enjoyed.

We found Villa La Loma on this website. I spoke to Mr Chadwick and informed him that I required a Villa that would sleep six adults and one child with it’s own swimming pool. Without hesitation he recommended La Loma and told me to view the photographs on the site. This I did with my family and we all fell in love with the villa immediately. The two-week holiday in June 2009 was for my wife’s 50th birthday and we wanted somewhere extra special to celebrate this occasion, we were not disappointed. 
 
We arrived at the Villa to be greeted by it’s owner who showed us all the facilities the Villa had to offer, he not only made us feel immediately welcome but he is now a firm friend. 
 
The Villa was everything we wanted, spacious, great pool, poolside bar, barbeque area and fantastic views. We felt at home and completely secure. Every day we would all relax around the pool, nothing distracted the enjoyment we got from the Villa; even the fact that the motorway was nearby was not a problem to any of us. In fact with the Villa being high above the motorway it was easy to give directions to visitors who came to see us. 
 
I would highly recommended this Villa as the ideal location for total relaxation or the perfect location to explore southern Spain.

The villa is very private with a video controlled electronic entry gate and extensive drive and parking area. The owners villa is also within the private grounds and therefore on site for any of your requirements.

    Nerja is by far the nicest town on the eastern Cost del Sol. Nerja has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of ugly high rise buildings that disfigfure much of the Costa. The weather is very sunny and temperate as Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. In old Nerja,narrow streets lie between white walled houses, their balconies full of Geraniums.. Restaurants and tapas bars are everywhere, and all tastes are catered for, from Andalucian to Indian, Mexican and even Greek.

    The white villages of Frigiliana, Torrox Pueblo, Canillas de Albaida and Competa are all nearby and all worth a visit. All have their fiestas and Saints' days when colourful flamenco dresses are worn. Semana Santa (Easter) is celebrated in all the towns and villages with solemn Processions.Malaga's Semana Santa celebrations are world famous.
