This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous community Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer. Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.
Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
This Three bedroom villa boasts two terraces, balconies and a courtyard. Villa Bonita is a beautiful villa that is situated in a peaceful area of La Noria with spectacular views to the mountains and the sea. The villa is built on three levels. As you enter the villa into the hallway, the lounge and kitchen, dining area and main terrace are located on the middle floor. Below are the two bedrooms, and above is the third bedroom and roof terrace. This villa sleeps 6 people.
The house has recently been refurbished to a very, and we say a very high standard! The furniture and decor are all new, with lovely marble floors throughout. No expense has been spared to give you everything you need. In the lounge there is a large Satellite TV (Sky), DVD, Hi-Fi with CD. and for cooling down in the Summer there is air-conditioning (at an extra cost), as well as heating in the Winter. The Kitchen has everything you ever could need including a dishwasher. There is a cloakroom with W.C and basin. You can enjoy the comfort of Air-conditioning at an extra cost.
The bedrooms below are very spacious, especially the Master bedroom which boast an en-suite, and sliding doors onto a small balcony leading down to the private garden.
La Noria has a tennis court and also a good sized pool with grass area for sunbathing extending out towards the view of the mountains and sea.

Nerja is by far the nicest town on the eastern Cost del Sol. Nerja has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of ugly high rise buildings that disfigfure much of the Costa. The weather is very sunny and temperate as Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. In old Nerja,narrow streets lie between white walled houses, their balconies full of Geraniums.. Restaurants and tapas bars are everywhere, and all tastes are catered for, from Andalucian to Indian, Mexican and even Greek. The white villages of Frigiliana, Torrox Pueblo, Canillas de Albaida and Competa are all nearby and all worth a visit. All have their fiestas and Saints' days when colourful flamenco dresses are worn. Semana Santa (Easter) is celebrated in all the towns and villages with solemn Processions.Malaga's Semana Santa celebrations are world famous.
