Beautiful self catering 3 bedroom Villa, El Paso, Punta Lara Nerja. This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous community Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 600 metres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer. Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.  
 
The climate in Nerja is wonderful on average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes. 
 
The Accommodation is a Luxury 3 bedroomed Villa , on 2 floors in the beautiful area of Punta Lara in Nerja with white marble tiles throughout the property.  
 
The ground floor accommodation consists of a large open plan sitting room, equipped with Sat TV and DVD, which opens up through patio doors on to a beautiful sun terrace. It also has a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.  
 
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite facility suitable for the elderly or person who have difficulty with stairs. The upper floor has a further 2 bedrooms, both with en suite facilities and ceiling fans. The upper bedrooms also has a lovely spacious sun terrace. Each room is fitted with ceiling fans but if air conditioning is required there is a unit in the open plan lounge and dining room area, which can be used at an extra cost.  
 
The villa is a short walk to one of the many lovely beaches in Nerja (approx 500mtrs) and several Merenderos (beach bar / restaurants).  
 
The villa has a lovely swimming pool which is shared with the 9 other properties on El Paso and therefore is never overcrowded in the summer months. 
 
The many varied and wonderful bars and restaurants of Nerja are only a 20 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away, although there are also good choices of restaurants within a very short walk of the property. 
 
Both sun terraces are south facing, fully equipped with good quality garden furniture making it an idyllic location to eat or just enjoy the fantastic 'Costa Del Sol' sunshine.

    • Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms both with fitted double wardrobes. Sleeps: 4-6 with use of sofa bed in Lounge. Wash Rooms: 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower and one containing separate shower cubicle. Reception: Large and comfortable living & dining area. Kitchen: Large separate fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, and washing machine. Special notes: Sleeps 6 with use of new comfortable sofa bed in lounge. Prices are based on 4 persons sharing with a supplement of 40 Euros per person per week for each extra person. Hire of cot also available if required. Bring you own beach towels.

    Nerja is by far the nicest town on the eastern Cost del Sol. Nerja has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of ugly high rise buildings that disfigfure much of the Costa. The weather is very sunny and temperate as Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. In old Nerja,narrow streets lie between white walled houses, their balconies full of Geraniums.. Restaurants and tapas bars are everywhere, and all tastes are catered for, from Andalucian to Indian, Mexican and even Greek.

    The white villages of Frigiliana, Torrox Pueblo, Canillas de Albaida and Competa are all nearby and all worth a visit. All have their fiestas and Saints' days when colourful flamenco dresses are worn. Semana Santa (Easter) is celebrated in all the towns and villages with solemn Processions.Malaga's Semana Santa celebrations are world famous.
