Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf. 
 
Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes. 
 
This very attractive, newly refurbished apartment is located is one of the best locations and most sought after in Nerja, Calle Carabeo which is situated between the Balcon de Europa, which it overlooks, and one of the most popular beaches in the area, Burriana Beach. It is one of the most luxurious and sought after rentals in Nerja. 
 
The apartment is laid out over 3 floors plus a roof terrace. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms - a lovely modern, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic entertainment centre with flat screen satellite TV, DVD & CD player.  
 
Each room is fitted with ceiling fans although it overlooks the ocean and the sea breezes create a wonderful cool atmosphere. There is a small community pool and a private parking space for one vehicle.  
 
On the ground floor is one bedroom and a powder room (sink and toilet). The first floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a third bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. The second floor (third level) has the kitchen, diningroom and salon with access to a balcony furnished with patio furniture . The roof terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase from the balcony.

    Nerja is by far the nicest town on the eastern Cost del Sol. Nerja has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of ugly high rise buildings that disfigfure much of the Costa. The weather is very sunny and temperate as Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. In old Nerja,narrow streets lie between white walled houses, their balconies full of Geraniums.. Restaurants and tapas bars are everywhere, and all tastes are catered for, from Andalucian to Indian, Mexican and even Greek.

    The white villages of Frigiliana, Torrox Pueblo, Canillas de Albaida and Competa are all nearby and all worth a visit. All have their fiestas and Saints' days when colourful flamenco dresses are worn. Semana Santa (Easter) is celebrated in all the towns and villages with solemn Processions.Malaga's Semana Santa celebrations are world famous.
