3 Bedroom Villa in Nerja

Casa Mercedes is situated 1.5 kms from Nerja on the road to Frigiliana a beautiful moorish village 5 kms further up.It is a tipical house of the area sourrounded by other litlle houses of the same character, most of them inhabited by local people. 
It is possible to walk down to Nerja and even to the beach on a promenade of about 20 minutes.By car it usually takes about 5 minutes to go to the nearest supermaket or restaurant which is called "El Puente" with very nice local food. 
The property has a garden that sourrounds the house and a little pool at the back overlooking the mountains. Indoors it is decorated as a rural house with lots of wood furniture and very cosy spaces. 
The property has a wall all around which avoid pets from leaving it . 
The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing . 
Although it is situated in an area called Polígono Industrial Castillo Alto as you can see in the map, there isn´t any industry there apart from a bakery which is far away

There is solar system water that provides hot water at a very nice temperature the whole year. There is a fire place and a Heater for the winter and wood is provided for the first days of stay

Activities realted with outdoore sports , water sports, walking in the mountais. 
In Malaga the big city 35 minutes away by highroad all kind of facilities and cultural events. 
Granada is 1 hour and a half far from the house as well
