20% deposit for each property is payable when booking. This is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing, and signed by the person who signed the booking form. For those clients who book within eight weeks of their departure date, full payment is required at the booking stage.
£100.00 security deposit is required at balance stage which is refundable within 2 weeks of your return
Balance is due eight weeks before departure and we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met. For cancellation within eight weeks of departure, the client remains liable for the following charges (but this may be negotiable depending on circumstances):
42-55 days: 60% 29-41 days: 70% 22-28 days: 90% 0-21 days: 100%

We had a wonderful holiday. The pool, garden and verandah were so lovely we hardly felt the need to venture to the beach. There was always somewhere shady to escape the heat – and with it being nearly 40° every day that was really welcome. Nerja Town is great, lovely restaurants and great atmosphere.
I am suffering from withdrawal symptoms from having my breakfast, lunch and evening drinks on that verandah with that stunning view of the med.

Yes we had a wonderful time in the apartment and would have no hesitation recommending to anybody wanting a relatively quiet beach holiday in Nerja. Having been to Burriana beach before we thought that parking would be a problem but having our own parking was an absolute bonus.Will definately keep it in mind for a winter break. Yours Crawford.
