Ideal bright and spacious 100 m2 family holiday home in uncrowded development, surrounded by gardens, with views of sea and mountains from 3 sides. Big terraces front and rear ideal for breakfast, meals, barbecues. Two pools, one full size, one childrens'. 3 bedrooms (one King, one twin, one single + foldaway bed) with wardrobes. 2 bathrooms. Large through lounge and dining room. TV, DVD player, Spanish and some satellite channels (French/German/other languages). Large modern fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, etc.  
 
Almijara II has its own bar and restaurant on site (English speaking). There is a small supermarket (fresh bread baked daily) within 150m walk, and the Sunday flea market is 100m away. Burriana Beach is 1km - 5 mins by car or short walk - and has a host of restaurants and bars. The centre of town is just 5 mins by car.  
 
Nerja is a charming town that retains much of its original Spanish character and has lots to do. it's just a short drive to many interesting and picturesque places, including Frigiliana, Competa, the Nerja caves, Almunecar, etc. etc. A big shopping mall, with multiplex cinema, is 15 minutes away.  
 
Malaga airport is 45 minutes, all by motorway. Granada - with the famous Alhambra -is now less than 90 minutes drive, and also has an International Airport (served by Ryanair and others). Ronda and Sevilla are reasonable distances for a day out.
