Vacation Rental Description

The villa is separated into two parts. On the ground floor level there are a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with bath and separate shower and utility area with washing machine. Outside is a small garden with several fruit trees and terrace. On the first floor is a terrace with patio tables and chairs and the entrance to the main part of the house, which consists of a salon/diner with satellite TV, CD player and fireplace. From here you reach the small kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There are two bedrooms (1 x double and 1x twin) and two bathrooms (one with bath and one with an en-suite shower room). Steps take you up from the first floor terrace to the roof terrace, furnished with patio tables, chairs and sun-beds. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, Nerja and the whole coastline. This attractive villa is situated in the pretty gardens of the holiday complex San Juan de Capistrano (25 minutes walk to the town centre and 20 minutes to the beach). The complex consists of a large communal swimming pool, several shops and a restaurant/bar. A regular bus service runs from the complex into town and down to Burriana beach

The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, it's miles of beautiful sandy beaches and fantastic weather which have kept tourists flocking back year after year to resorts like Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella. The Costa del Sol caters for young and old alike, offering a host of entertainment choices for the native and visitor alike. The coast boasts one of the highest concentrations of world class golf courses, to the extent that it is often dubbed "The Costa del Golf". For families there are theme parks, including water parks, go-karting, safari parks and many beautiful public gardens. For younger visitors the main areas of attraction are Benalmadena's Puerto Marina & '24 hour square' and Marbella's Puerto Banus. Both are very trendy and chic, but be warned the bars and clubs don't get busy until near midnight and stay open till dawn.

Perhaps less well known is the areas culture, often in the shadow of its neighbour Seville, The Costa and the Malaga province are home to some of the finest Flamenco shows, bull fighting & tapas restaurants

20% deposit for each property is payable when booking. This is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing, and signed by the person who signed the booking form. For those clients who book within eight weeks of their departure date, full payment is required at the booking stage.
£100.00 security deposit is required at balance stage which is refundable within 2 weeks of your return
Balance is due eight weeks before departure and we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met. For cancellation within eight weeks of departure, the client remains liable for the following charges (but this may be negotiable depending on circumstances):
42-55 days: 60% 29-41 days: 70% 22-28 days: 90% 0-21 days: 100%
