A lovely villa situated on the beautiful Oasis de Capistrano,a 7 acre private complex set in beautifully maintained gardens with palm trees, manicured lawns and many flowering shrubs and plants which are a riot of colour all year round. Spectacular mountain views form the backdrop for the rising sun.
The villa has a large private terrace and a walled garden which is not overlooked, giving a high level of privacy.
The house is very well equipped. There is a new kitchen with marble worktops, fridge/freezer, electric cooker and ceramic hob and all necessary kitchen equipment.
The two bedrooms (one twin, 1 double)are very light and airy. The master bedroom has patio doors leading directly to the terrace and garden. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities, the main bathroom has a bath with shower over and the twin room has a shower room.
There are good open views to the sea and mountains.

Paved footpaths through palm trees, flowers and well maintained lawns lead to the Exotica restaurant. The Exotica restaurant, with its large terrace, overlooks the main swimming pool with a separate childrens pool set in a lawned area with flowering bushes and palm trees offering welcome shade.
There is a second restaurant on the Oasis - Las Fuentes - good food and often special event nights.
There are several beaches in Nerja. the nearest being Burriana. Plenty of water sports and activities are offered including a Padi Dive centre which has introductory scuba courses and day cruises along the coast. Whether it’s just an hour in the sun, or you want a full day at the beach, Burriana is close enough to the villas to visit whenever the mood takes you.
Nerja town centre is a 15min walk, or you can take the bus which runs every half hour

Discounts are available for bookings of 4 weeks or longer. (Not applicable in High Season)
