This spacious five-bedroom villa has stunning and uninterrupted views over the sea, mountains and the picturesque town of Nerja. Individually designed and privately owned, the property stands exclusively within large private grounds with gated entrance in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are extensive terraces and three fully equipped dining areas. The views in every direction are breathtaking. The unspoilt town of Nerja with its beaches and restaurants is a 15 minute drive away. Other beaches are closer. Casa La BuenaVida is fully Centrally heated and is therefore ideal for year round holidays.  
The entrance hall leads into the large open plan lounge/diner with satellite TV, video, DVD and fireplace. There are three bedrooms on this level, (two double, one twin) and three bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with, oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Outside, there are extensive covered and open terraces and BBQ with breathtaking views in all directions. Stairs from the lounge go down to a second living area with TV/video, two bedrooms, (one double four poster bed, one twin), bathroom, games room with full size pool table. Doors lead out onto the swimming pool terrace with panoramic views to the sea and mountains. Casa La BuenaVida is fully central heated and is therefore ideal for year round holidays. 
 
 
The town of Nerja with its beaches and restaurants are a fifteen-minute drive away. Car hire is essential.

Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway, and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000. Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town.

The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, it's miles of beautiful sandy beaches and fantastic weather which have kept tourists flocking back year after year to resorts like Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella. The Costa del Sol caters for young and old alike, offering a host of entertainment choices for the native and visitor alike.  
The coast boasts one of the highest concentrations of world class golf courses, to the extent that it is often dubbed "The Costa del Golf". For families there are theme parks, including water parks, go-karting, safari parks and many beautiful public gardens. For younger visitors the main areas of attraction are Benalmadena's Puerto Marina & '24 hour square' and Marbella's Puerto Banus. Both are very trendy and chic, but be warned the bars and clubs don't get busy until near midnight and stay open till dawn.
