Vacation Rental Description
This 2 bedroomed house with its own PRIVATE front courtyard and back patio and sunbathing area.It is bright and comfortable. UPSTAIRS
*Two very large bedrooms with terraces offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean and surrounding countryside. The front bedroom is big enough to add an extra bed if needed, for a small cost.(max 5 people to sleep.)
Each bedroom has a balcony with security gates,for the safety of children.There is a security gate at the top of the stairs also.
*A bathroom with wc, bath/shower and shaving socket.
DOWNSTAIRS
* A fully fitted modern kitchen,which has micro-wave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron,toaster, hob and oven.
* Dining area,that can seat 5 people comfortably.
*A separate WC downatairs.
* A comfortable lounge - complete with cable TV (BBC1,2,3,4, ITV1,3 Channel 4,5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies etc.) and a DVD player. There are films to suit all the family.
The lounge leads out to the patio area that has table and chairs, and a separate sunbathing area.
The house is cleaned and ready for your arrival. The bed linen is changed weekly and fresh towels provided. Please note that there are no beach towels provided,you need to bring them yourself.
There is on street parking available outside the front and back gates. Please note that the only traffic around is people coming and going to their houses.
Casa Jenny is situated at the entrance to El Capistrano, regarded by many as the most beautiful Urbanisation on the Costa Del Sol. It is a mature, purpose-built development nestling at the foothills of the Alimijara mountains beside the Mediterrean and caters for all your needs with every amenity on site to help you enjoy your holiday.
El Capistrano is an ideal setting for a family holiday.The nearest pool is 100 metres from the house with 2 inter-connecting pools and a separate children's pool. There is a restaurant beside the pool and a snack bar. There is a another pool, also with a smaller separate childrens pool 300 metres from the house.
There is a small supermarket 50 metres from the house and a larger one 300 metres,just past the tennis courts.There is a children's playground 7 mins walk. There is an excellent clinic with english speaking Doctors, 5 mins down the road.
Nerja is a beautiful Spanish town, with plenty of restaurants and bars suitable for all tastes & lovely shops.The centre of the town is called the Balcon de Europa, which has plenty to entertain you while you sit and have a drink outside tables that surround the promenade.Have your portrait done, hair braided, music to entertain you, or take a horse and carriage ride around the town.
Facilities
There is a good size fridge/freezer. An iron and ironing board. Dvd's for the Dvd player, which also can be used as a stereo.A cot and highchair can also be provided for an small charge. There is a hairdryer provided. There are portable fans in each room. There are security gates on the patio doors upstairs, so windows can be left open while IN THE HOUSE. Downstairs windows in the patio doors can also be left open. There is a throw provided for people with small children to put on the couch. Please, could you use it, to help protect eh couch from sticky fingers and also if you could wash it before you leave, that would be great. There is NO-SMOKING ALLOWED inside the house. Out in the front or back gardens is fine.
Activities
The nearest golf course is 25 mins drive away. There is also a water park 20 mins drive to a place called Velez-Malaga. In Velez-Malaga there is a shopping centre, with some good shops, especially shoe shops.In Nerja town itself,they have some lovely shoe shops where you can often pick real bargains.
The caves of Nerja ia only 5 mins up the road.
I have done up a brochure and it is left in the house with details of things to do and activites.
