This delightful town house is located in a tranquil area just 5 minutes walk from the famed Burrianna beach and a short stroll from the main centre. South facing and with free access to 2 swimming pools, it is on a quiet square with a courtyard outside the front door providing a sunny seating area for relaxed breakfasts! Bright and clean, this well equipped house, has a modern fitted kitchen and a large sunny lounge with satellite T.V. and video, and dining area.

There is on-street parking and although there is easy access to the house, there are 3 steps to the front door and of course both bedrooms are upstairs.
