Very tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, it is a light and airy apartment that sleeps four people with one double and one twin bedroom.

The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor of this Spanish residential property that is situated in the old Spanish quarter. The rooms are light and airy and have ceiling fans; the balcony faces east so the apartment is sheltered from the sun in the hottest part of the day. It is not part of a high-rise holiday complex and all our neighbours are local Spanish people. Next door is a bakery and local grocery shops are nearby. The views of the mountains from the balcony are superb and the Mediterranean can be seen from the kitchen window..

High Season Price : £265 per Week


The rental season is January - January.
The rental currency unit is GBP (UK £). Property costs per week are:

Booking deposit 50%, Balance to be paid before holiday 8 weeks
Damage deposit not required. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.
Prices based on occupancy by 2 people. Add £20 per person per week for additional people. No pets.
Children under 10 years of age are not permitted. Clients are advised that there is no lift/elevator and although the stairs are not steep, it may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. Please bring your own beach towels.
