HOLIDAY RENTAL APARTMENT. Very well located one bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the sought after Stella Maris apartments on the western edge of Nerja Town centre. Located on the second floor, this apartment has two balconies , one facing South east for the sun rises with breakfast. The other has views to the pool and all along Playazo beach facing South West for fantastic winter sunsets. The master bedroom has two large singles making up a double, but this can be separated. There is a full en-suite bathroom. The large open plan lounge has dining seating for four, a DVD player, music system, and free to air UK TV stations. There are a couple of extra folding beds so the property can sleep up to four if necessary but there will be a small extra cleaning and linen charge if this is the case ! The kitchen is independent and has a microwave, full oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. The large communal pool is very private, there are sunbeds for pool users but this need to be collected and returned to the pool side storage area. From the grounds there is direct access to the Playazo Beach with a choice of traditional Spanish Bars and Restaurants. There is on street parking at the front or rear of the property. It takes approx 10 minutes to walk to the Balcon de Europa.
