Vacation Rental Description
Nerja Medina is a private, quiet pedestrian only area set in well maintained tropical gardens which scent the night air. So close to Torrecilla Beach a pool is unnecessary and only 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The living area has two leather sofas, good lighting and a satellite tv, plus a pleasant dining area with table and chairs (all the furniture is less than two years old and good quality). There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both spacious and airy with ample wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a powerful shower over the bath, washand basin, lavatory and bidet all in white porcelain and a large illuminated mirror. The kitchen area comes fully equipped with frdge, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, washer and all the usual gadgets and utensils. Leading through large patio doors from the living area is a spacious terrace overlooking the gardens with a table and chairs, ideal for eating or simply having a cold drink and watching the sun go down.
Facilities
The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard, not a typical tired and badly maintained rental property.
Activities
The beaches are fantastic. There are secluded rocky coves and safe clear sea.The world famous Nerja Caves are a 'must see' and the local hill walking is fantastic at all times of year. The range of bars and restaurants is unbelievable, catering for all tastes and pockets.

A 25% deposit is required to reserve booking dates with payment in full payable 8 weeks prior to departure (If booking within 8 weeks of departure full payment is required). A security deposit is required depending on length of stay (minimum £50, maximum £100) and will be refunded in full upon return of the keys provided there have been no breakages or damage to the apartment. No minimum stay but an additional charge of £35 is payable for stays of fewer than 5 nights. If cancellation is requested more than 8 weeks in advance of the letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit, will be refunded. If cancellation is requested within 8 weeks of the letting the rental deposit will be retained by the owner, who reserves the right to retain the full payment should it not be possible to re-let the property for this period.
