20% deposit for each property is payable on booking. This is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing, and signed by the person who signed the booking form. For those clients who book within eight weeks of their departure date, full payment is required at the booking stage.
£100.00 security deposit is required at balance stage which is refundable within 2 weeks of your return
Balance due eight weeks before departure and we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met. For cancellation within eight weeks of departure, the client remains liable for the following charges (but this may be negotiable depending on circumstances):
42-55 days: 60% 29-41 days: 70% 22-28 days: 90% 0-21 days: 100%

Well-equipped apartment in which we spend a relaxed holiday. Beautiful views of the surrounding area and the right distance from the city center for daily walks.

"We enjoyed our holiday so much, the apartment was everything I hoped it would be and the views form the balcony were amazing, It was so nice to feel like you were in a home away from home instead of some soulless hotel room and so relaxing. The transfers were on time and the mini bus was a luxury vip mini bus with air con so very well done as a travel agent myself I pride myself on making sure all my clients are well looked after and I feel as though you pride yourself in the same way."

"This was a great apartment which was perfect for supermarkets, takeaway food etc. It was pristine .The terrace was sunny and huge. The bed was very comfortable. A/c worked perfectly and the Sky channels were a bonus. All in all perfect."

"Thank you so much for enabling us to have such a wonderful holiday-now we've found the ultimate property in 2G Trop 11. It was absolutely beautiful-we loved the ambience of the apartment -it was welcoming and cosy and it was right on the beach which we thought was fantastic.
The whole holiday from beginning to end had all the perfect ingredients to make a perfect vacation.

"The location, the apartment, the taxi service, Pauline changing the sheets, it was all perfect. We went to Cafe Del Mar (amongst many other places). We had a fantastic holiday, thank you.
