Very quiet 2 bed 2 bath apartment, Torrecilla beach location, very central location with sea views.
Vacation Rental Description
Spacious apartment comprising 2 double bedrooms, both of which have windows facing the gardens and swimming pool. The main bedroom has a QUEEN-SIZE bed and en suite bathroom and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also an extra bed for a fifth person plus a baby cot and a hair dryer. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite and has been designed for disabled people and has a roll-in shower stall and complies with all standard requirements for disabled users. Although one may notice from the photos, for example, that there are no drop-down bars or grab rails present, these will be installed shortly, along with other details. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful as it faces the gardens, away from street noises. The building has wheelchair access, two lifts and a resident hall porter.
The pool has a trained lifeguard on duty at all times. The pool has a shallow end with a ramp for easy access for children, the elderly and the disabled. All entrances and exits from the street to the apartment facilitate wheelchair access with ramps where necessary. The building has two lifts.
Swimming pool is only available June, July, August and September.
I can also provide additional services for a small additional charge, e.g. highchair, should your stay require it.
Smoking is permitted, but please - on the balcony only.
Beach towels not included. Please bring your own.
Apartment is cleaned before your arrival, however, weekly cleaning service not included during your stay as this is self-catering accommodation. However, if a weekly cleaning service were required, this can easily be arranged at extra cost and to your specific requirements.
Facilities
All rooms have ceiling fans. Electric heating and double glazed windows. Duvets/quilts also provided together with all bed linen and bath towels. Terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor relaxing and/or al fresco dining. Kitchen equipment includes fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas oven/cooker, microwave oven, electric hand mixer, cutlery, general cooking equipment/utensils, table and kitchen linen, automatic kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, crockery/dishes for baking, caseroles, etc Satellite TV with English, French and German channels and a DVD player. Beach equipment includes: straw mats, umbrella, plastic chairs and a beach bag with beach toys. **I also provide a local map, regional and national guide books (Rough Guide to Andalucia, Lonely Planet: Spain and Portugal), books on local excursions and walks in the sierra and language and phrase books for use during your stay**
Activities
**Owner lives in Nerja and greets guests on arrival/departure with deposit returned in person** As such, am easily available to help, give advice or answer any question during your stay.
There is a local tennis club in town. Nearest golf course is a 15 minute drive. Many international shops and restaurants. Adventure activities and water sports are available through adventure shops or individual rental of equipment. Skiing available in Sierra Nevada in the neighbouring province of Granada, about a 90 minute drive away. There are many gyms in town. There is also a local theatre where films and cultural events are shown. Nerja has quite a big night scene with many clubs in the town centre.

The requirement for making a booking is a 20% non-refundable reservation fee. Upon arrival to Nerja, the total amount outstanding is to be paid in cash (euros) including refundable breakages deposit of 150 euros. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
