We require a deposit of half the rental fee on booking and confirmation, the remainder to be paid in cash on arrival at the villa . The deposit should be paid by bank transfer.

The booking deposit is non -refundable ,make sure you have adequate travel insurance to cover any cancellation.

We also require a cash deposit of 100 Pounds or the equivalent ,to cover any breakages or damage to the property .This is returnable .
