This villa is situated in the hills near the beautiful white village of Mijas Pueblo. The beach at Fuengirola is just a short drive away. The villa is situated on the west side of Mijas, Valtocado, with amazing peaceful views towards the coast and the surrounding mountains. This beautiful, spacious villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 en suite and a family bathroom and fully fitted kitchen, several terraces both covered and open. Panoramic view from inside as well due to large windows in living room. Private large swimming pool surrounded by terraces and flowers. The villa has full air conditioning and is fully equipped with all the usual appliances inc. dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The spacious open terrace by the pool has a lovely shaded area, perfect for al fresco dining and is adjacent to the lounge. To the rear of the villa is a courtyard that is perfectly peaceful to enjoy that early morning coffee or just relax. An ideal location for visiting Marbella and Puerto Banús, just 35 minutes away. 
 
The Villa is exceptionally well equipped for people of all ages. There is a table tennis table, WIFI throughout the Villa, X Box (so don’t forget your X box games), 2 stereos, BBQ, Outside fireplace to sit beside in the evenings, washer, separate dryer and SKY TV.
